On behalf of our returning HNW professional client, we are seeking a discreet, expert Executive Assistant who is self-motivated and driven.
Our client is a professional gentleman and entrepreneur who leads a busy, multi-faceted, cosmopolitan, professional and private life.
He requires a well presented candidate with a very good eye for detail, professional nature, the ability to multitask and engage with stakeholders and contacts at a high level.
Key to the role is loyalty, good organisational and negotiation skills plus someone who is able to travel easily internationally and has expertise in legal affairs and finances.
Whilst this is not a 24/7 position, ad hoc flexibility beyond normal working hours is part of the role and will be expected.
You must be fluent in the English language and with Swiss and/or Italian preferred.
Salary is negotiable depending on your background and skills.
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 - 5/6pm; out of hours support expected
Accommodation: If required, the client can provide comfortable accommodation
Salary: CHF 100,000+ DOE
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
