We booked Anna at a time of mini crisis for our family, not only was it Christmas and school holidays but my husband and I both fell very ill. We were unable to cope with the demands of our high energy boys, aged 6 & 3. We were unable to even get dressed. It was a disaster. Anna arrived like a calm breeze of knowledge, entertainment, and understanding. I didn’t even have the energy to properly brief her on my family’s needs, quirks and the house layout. But she took it all in her stride and was completely reassuring and so wonderful that my children gladly flocked to her and all I could hear as I headed back to my sick bed was happy chortles and an in depth discussion on how best to build a cardboard box tank and rocket.
Over the short period we hired Anna she thoroughly entertained, enriched and cherished our children, keeping them safe and happy so that they seemed to glow when she gave them back to me. There wasn’t anything that phased her, at no time did she require more than the basic information from and we felt very confident leaving our children with her. She took then to the park for hours and to the RAF museum, so my husband and I could fully recover. I credit her with my surviving Christmas, I couldn’t have done it without her! Too many people are likened to Mary Poppins but I truly think Anna is a real incarnation of this magical person as she brought happiness back in to our home at a time when we had all fallen down.

I would highly recommend this company to any nanny looking for a job or a family looking for a nanny. I got interviews very quickly after going to see Joanna in Randolph’s. She was very helpful and positive throughout it all. She helped me find the perfect family and it was all so quick. She helped me with any questions I had and we still talk now and again to make sure I’m happy in my role and if there’s anything she can do to help.
