We start by meeting a client, in order to gain a full and precise understanding of the requirements of a position.
We then use a combination of intuition, experience and our unique, network of connections to find the perfect candidate.
HOW WE SOURCE OUR CANDIDATES
OUR REPUTATION
As a well-established recruitment agency for high-calibre private service or hospitality staff, we have an extensive database of candidates. Our experienced, multi-lingual consultants respond to all applications, inviting only the most appropriate candidates to come for a registration interview to assess their overall suitability and relevant experience and qualifications (which we verify). Only a handful of CVs will then be forwarded to clients for consideration. Because we keep all our candidates on the database, we can act swiftly if necessary to fill a position.
OUR KNOWLEDGE
Having successfully placed many candidates over the years, we are in a strong position to know who is doing which job and where. We also keep in touch with our candidates, post-placement. This knowledge and experience mean that we can sometimes headhunt a candidate for a position, especially if we know that their current role is coming to an end.
