Pauline is our senior private household recruitment consultant, specialising in sourcing and placing domestic service staff, including butlers, chefs, house managers, housekeepers, ladies' maids, nannies and PAs. Originally from Burgundy in France, where she worked as a project manager in the culture sector, Pauline also looks after Randolphs' many French-speaking clients and candidates, in their native language. She strongly believes in meeting as many candidates as possible in person, and she also meets the clients – who may be a PA, house manager or principa owner – to get the best possible understanding of the advertised job. She then keeps in touch with successful candidates after they have been placed.
