On behalf of our returning HNW professional client, we are seeking a discreet, experienced, hardworking, multitasking, self-starter with a driven personality who is an expert in their field
While this is not a 24/7 position, ad hoc flexibility beyond normal working hours is part of the role and will be expected. There will also be ad hoc international travel.
You should currently be based in Gstaad or live within a comfortable commuting distance. The family are open to candidates who would like to relocate to Gstaad or nearby but can't offer any housing at present
You must be fluent in English, with Swiss German and/or Italian preferred.
Being a non-smoker and having a clean background are essential.
An international background check will be performed on successful applicants.
Salary is negotiable depending on your background and skillset.
Duties/skills include (but not limited to):
- Background in finance or legal
- BA or MA diploma
- 10+ plus experience for a CEO, COO or single/multi family office as an EA/PA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft and Mac
- International work experience (not a must, preferred)
- Fluent in English and Swiss German (French, Italian, Spanish would be great, not a must)
- Manage complex calendars
- Work closely with external travel agent
- Proofread and prepare financial reports, statements, and legal documents.
- Maintain a highly professional relationship with financial advisors, legal team, and other service providers.
- Conduct research on various topics as requested
- CH driver license (automatic & manual transmission)
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday; 45 hours per week
Salary: CHF 100,000+ gross per annum (DOE).
