On behalf of our returning HNW professional client, we are seeking a discreet, experienced, hardworking, multitasking, self-starter with a driven personality who is an expert in their field.
Supporting the Chief of Staff, working for a private couple, you should have worked in the HNW/UHNW private household or hospitality sector and be looking for the next step in your career.
While this is not a 24/7 position, ad hoc flexibility beyond normal working hours is part of the role and will be expected.
You must be fluent in English, with Swiss German and/or Italian preferred.
You should currently be based in Gstaad or live within a comfortable commuting distance. The family are open to candidates who would like to relocate to Gstaad or nearby but can't offer any housing at present.
Being a non-smoker and having a clean background are essential.
An international background check will be performed and is part of their hiring process.
Salary is negotiable depending on your background and skillset.
Duties/skills include (but not limited to):
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (KV) or similar background
- Business Administration background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPP), Microsoft and Mac
- Strong communicator, in person, on the phone, business relationships vendors
- Manage office communications, incl. emails, phone calls
- Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments
- Manage calendar
- Place orders and track packages
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for office
- Perform research tasks
- CH driver license (automatic & manual transmission)
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday; 45 hours per week
Salary: CHF 70,000+ DOE
